For my project I decided to make a parody news broadcast, you telling what I’ve been doing since the quarantine, which is nothing. It’s not meant to take a stance oh, it’s just supposed to be silly. I most definitely think that it’s necessary that we stay home, I just feel like with all the free and how serious the situation is in Clark County, I feel like it’s a good idea  to be silly, to distract little bit from what’s going on. I got inspiration to do this from John krasinski’s videos detailing good news. And since then a lot of YouTube channels have been bandwagoning this trend of making news broadcast channels, so I wanted to do the same thing. I made the intro, for another assignment previously in After Effects oh, so that’s how I got the news intro. I got my music from freesound.org oh, I’ll make sure to link the song below. And for the video I essentially just used Crossfade transitions, I may decide to use actual Graphics later on for the final, however I am still brainstorming. Some trouble I ran into was trying to find good light for filming. We’ve had a lot of good light outside recently, however inside course all of our lights in our house are a yellow color which is not good for filming. I didn’t realize this until I uploaded it to my computer and began editing, so it was a little late for me to refill. So to overcome this I edited all the bites where I was playing the lead anchor, and just took it into the color tab in premiere and tried to mess with it’s filters and what not. Another problem I had, was communicating with my friend on how he should be filming. I feel like if I had made a better story board and more detailed it would have been a lot easier for him, but you know it was hard for me to just explain what I wanted.
